How do I get to the High Falls Brewery?

Exit 13 to inner loop, take the first exit St Paul, turn left on St Paul and the brewery in 1/2 mile down on the left. More detailed directions and map can be found here.

Where can I find tickets? I've paid for my tickets in advance. Where do I pick them up? Will there be tickets for sale at the gate?

Tickets for all High Falls Brewery Concerts are now on sale from Ticketmaster.com, charge by phone (585-232-1900), Bop Shop and other outlets. More detailed info can be found here.

If you have not requested your ticket be mailed to you, you can pick up your advance-purchase tickets at the concert Box Office Will Call, which will be located near the entrance to the venue. You must have photo ID or your tickets cannot be released.

If tickets are sold out in advance, there will be no tickets available at the gate. If the show is not sold out by the morning of the show then yes, tickets will be available at the gate.

What can I bring? What can't I bring?

For safety reasons, we cannot allow backpacks or coolers onto the grounds. No outside food or beverage is allowed, except 1(one) factory sealed water (up to 10 oz.), No folding chair/lawn chairs, but blankets are fine. Please be considerate to people around you, no shade canopies, beach or pole-style umbrellas. Download list.

Can you describe the venue?

There is a Standing Room Only area – in front of the main stage. Setting up of blankets and ground tarps will be prohibited in these dense audience areas at all times. The open seating policy is not compatible with the use of ropes, cords, tape, etc. to reserve space. Movement throughout the site without impediment is essential to audience flow, safety and comfort.
Please keep all aisles and access to those aisles clear. Ushers and Security are available to assist you.

Can I get something to eat or drink? What type of food will be for sale at the festival?

A variety of dishes will be offered by festival vendors, including international fare from Tapas. Water Street will offer Zweigles hot dogs, burgers, Italian sausage, vegetarian burgers, and other items.  We will have a variety of beers from the High Falls Brewing Company, along with Vitamin water, sodas and water.

Are there age restrictions?

16+ admitted w/ ID. Under 16 must be accompanied by adult.

Are you handicap accessible? What kind of accommodations are there?

The site is wheelchair-accessible. If you have a problem with accessibility at the venue, please check with the nearest festival staff person or volunteer for help. There will be an area designated for wheelchairs. Cars with handicapped stickers should park in designated "Handicapped Parking."

What type of restroom facilities will be available?

Porta-Johns, including a handicapped-accessible unit, will be located near the rear of the venue.

Are pets allowed?

Only seeing eye dogs are allowed on festival grounds. Please make arrangements to leave your beloved pets at home.

Can I purchase additional beer at the venue or bring empty or full bottles home with me?

Absolutely NO beer can be removed from the site. By law, all alcohol must be consumed in the venue site only. Taking bottles out of the festival is illegal. This is considered an open container. Open containers are not allowed on the streets of NY or in an automobile.

This is a rain or shine event.

May I tape or photograph performances?

We're sorry, but video taping, audio taping, and photography of any events are strictly prohibited without permission from the performers. Your recording/photo equipment will be confiscated. Media assigned to cover the event must obtain clearances, in advance of the festival.

Can I purchase music by festival performers?

Yes, there will be a booth for artist and event merchandise (tee shirts, hats, and other items). The store accepts cash only, but there will be ATM machines available.

Is tailgating allowed? Is there re-entry?

No. There is no re-entry to the venue once you've left.
